Subject: Re: [NCUC-Events] Draft agenda for Singapore
Thanks for this Bill,

A recent IGP post I wrote on the 'Iron Cage of Multistakeholderism'
<http://www.internetgovernance.org/2014/01/28/the-iron-cage-of-multistakeholder-governance/>
generated a bunch of traffic for us, below are some of the govt and inter-govt
agencies reading it (along with page views). Thought this might come
spur some ideas on who to invite, particularly for the institutional
innovation panel (the article raised some valid questions to be asking
govts), which I'd be happy to help with.

state.gov11
rossvyaz.ru8 Russian Fed Comm Agency
moldova.md5
coe.int4
europa.eu4
culture.gov.uk3
dfat.gov.au3
internet.gov.sa3
un.org3
eop.gov2
fcc.gov2
nopta.gov.au2
oecd.org2
pco.gc.ca2 Privacy Commissioner Canada
va.gov2
african-court.org1
army.mil1
ca.gov1
citc.gov.sa1
doc.gov1
duma.gov.ru1
gov.in1
mfat.govt.nz1
nist.gov1
unesco.org1
worldbank.org1

So, e.g., the Russian Fed Comm Agency might be very interested in
speaking to this subject. Perhaps following up with their GAC rep is
in order.

I can look into the same for civil soc (edu, advocacy, etc.) or
various business sectors if helpful.
