Not AFAIK. Someone else is member-admin right?

It seems to me, procedure could work as follows. establish
list-admin at ncuc.org alias, have it go to list admins

I register it in my gmail so I can send from it.

someone asks to subscribe, I send the form letter cc member-admin which
says you must be a NCUC member, please confirm or join.

IF member then membership-admin  responds cc list-admin _ I am happy to
confirm you are a member and you will be subscribed

I ok the subscription..
