[NCUC E-team] Update on NCUC website redesign

A main concern of mine relates to the photo page. On the current
website most of the photos look very amateurish. In my opinion most
are not suitable for the NCUC website. I think we need fewer photos,
carefully selected, that are of high quality/interesting/aesthetically
pleasing. They don't have to be professionally taken, they just need
to be good - for example these ones are decent:

If we are re-branding, it doesn't look good publishing lots of random
photos of people partying, lots of similar looking photos or
publishing photos like this:
