[NCUC E-team] LiveStream of NCUC event in Beijing

A couple comments:

Creating a branded YouTube Channel is niot always quite so straightforward
as google continuously evolves its platform. It used to involve setting up
a separate gmail account. In my most recent experience it mandates the
creation of a Google+ account. Nevertheless if one is going to allow
uploading, then the password to the entire account must be shared.

As far as livestream goes, one has to have a 'pro' account to avoid
annoying commercials. The new' livestream also only permits embedding on
pro accounts.It also, like YT, involves password sharing for more than one
source, unless one uses their 'broadcaster' device (streams direct from
video camera). The 'old' allows one to manage "team members" without giving
away the admin password.

I admin the ISOC Chapters 'old" pro account, which we used for Toronto.
ISOC also has a 'new' pro account, and I've proposed that we lend Glenn a
'broadcaster' for Beijing.

There are other free livestreaming alternatives, such as
http://bambuser.com/
