[NCUC E-team] DNS change

All,

I am changing the DNS entry for www.ncuc.org now
to point to the new site.

I will make new.ncuc.org to redirect there
and ning.ncuc.org pointing to the old site for now.

TTL has been set to 15 minutes some time ago,
so propagation delay should not be a problem.
I'll also have to change Apache configuration
as well as Wordpress Home and Site URL,
so there may be a short time when things
are broken.
