Well I am planning to build some structure in the NCSg-PC policy cruft.  And the NCUC clells could easily point to documents that are either housed on the Confluence, on Drive or on etherpads.

And someday when the ncuc-pc platform is done and ready we can consolidate the sources of contribution.
