Hi,
Quick question. if you create a NCUC-PC as the charter requires will you expect it to have a list?

I'm principally looking for a place where Constituency policy can be discussed and formulated in a respectful manner without having to deal with the baggage that seems to come from NPOC and ALAC liaison participation. Lot of personal history here that is a turn off to some. I'd also like to encourage migration of policy topics away from private conversations and onto public lists where possible. Your proposal is a bit more complicated than I'd like but it could serve the same purpose so I'm happy to support it or anything else that might accomplish the same thing.
