That's always been the plan, only question is how fast.
But it does seem there's no better choice than to do it
at one stroke while publishing the new site.

Redirects to the Ning site will apparently no longer work after we
change the ncuc.org A record, so we'll have to get everything we want
from Ning copied over before that. But a static copy should be enough
to cover any small things we may miss.
