[NCUC E-team] NCUC member data on Confluence site

Ask Glen for Confluence editing privileges I have them though only do simple stuff

Need to integrate Confluence into the overall, as I've been arguing.  So a member looks at our site, clicks Beijing meeting, gets taken to a properly laid out Confluence page with all UC-relevant meetings and links to docs etc.  At least, in my dreams…
