purpose of this event is to strengthen engagement within the Non-Commercial
Stakeholder Group, foster greater collaboration among community members, and
enhance outreach and relationship-building with civil society and Internet
governance stakeholders.</span></p>

<p style="background-image:initial;background-position:initial;background-size:initial;background-repeat:initial;background-origin:initial;background-clip:initial;margin-right:0cm;margin-left:0cm;font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif">I
am pleased to confirm that the event has received the approval of the NCUC
Executive Committee (EC), and authorisation has been granted for the use of
