with Section XV, items 8 and 9  ("9. The document shall be shared via
the NCUC-Discuss list with NCUC members and open for comments and
suggestions for a minimum of 14 calendar days"), of the current NCUC
Operating Procedures (<a href="https://www.ncuc.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/09/NCUC-Operating-Procedures-Sept-2017.pdf" target="_blank" style="color:blue"><span style="color:rgb(17,85,204)">September 2017 version</span></a>),
we are launching the first round of public comment on the proposed revisions to
our Operating Procedures. </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0cm 0cm 8pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span lang="en-GH" style="font-size:12pt;line-height:107%">We would like to sincerely thank the NCUC Operating Procedures Review Task Force (OPRTF),
as well as the penholders Pedro de Perdigão and Namra Naseer, of the NCUC
Executive Committee, for their dedicated work on the document and for
successfully completing their part of the process.</span></b></p>
