<p class="MsoNormal">I’d urge everyone to put in only work that they have really and significantly done (avoiding, for example, adding things that one has just raised their name as a volunteer but not actively participated in) to avoid the need for posterior
 correction alongside the person who was leading the effort. I'm saying that because, in recent selection processes, we had a few situations of people listing activities that they were not really a part of and it resulted in some embarrassment.<u></u><u></u></p>
