<u>is</u> the NCSG Treasurer (third phrase of section 2.6.1 of NCSG bylaws), but NCSG has no bank account, so financial movements have to be made through the NCUC bank account. NCUC, however, is not an incorporated organization, which means that the bank is
 actually linked to Milton (and I think that's why he has been in this role). I'm not sure what are the rules for a non-incorporated organizational bank account in the US, but I believe the person who is responsible for it should be a US resident. These are
 all things that I had not thought about before and aspects that need to be better understood in the next few months.<u></u><u></u></p>

 movement, so there were no reports to be made besides things remaining the same. In a recent situation where we needed him (regarding the Policy Fellowship, which will be better detailed in the call today), he answered relatively quickly with the data we needed.<u></u><u></u></p>
