<p>Benjamin and All,</p>
<p>The question is on the table: why are we paying anyone to
summarize our work? The Issues Forum (Parts I and II) took many,
many hours of planning, drafting, slides, and preparation. Yet, no
one in NCUC can summarize it? That's a traditional entry role to
policy - someone summarizing current policy debate and finding
their own views and voice for policy work.</p>
<p>I have not gotten any answers yet: how much have we promised
someone to write a summary and why could not one of the people
paid for travel to ICANN78 write this summary (for free)?</p>
<p>These are very simple questions pending since ICANN78- and I've
been sent in circles (a waste of a volunteer's time).</p>
<p>Benjamin, you said Mili would know; Mili, you said Benjamin will
answer. I'm now offline.<br>

you share the source of the funds (was this PIR
money?) and how much you paid? Also who owns the
report this group produced? These seem like fair
