The NCSG charter states:<br><br>2.4.1. NCSG‑EC Composition.<br><br>The NCSG Executive Committee (EC) shall be comprised of two<br>representatives from each Recognized NCSG Constituency.<br><br><br>and the NCUC charter states:<br><br><br>G. The Executive Committee shall have the following duties:<br> ...<br> 9. Appoint a delegate(s) to serve on the NCSG Executive Committee.<br> Any NCSG Executive Committee delegates shall also serve in an<br> ex-officio (non-voting) capacity on the NCUC Policy Committee<br> and the NCUC Executive Committee.<br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>in terms of roles and responsibilities</div><div><br>NCSG Executive Committee <br>The NCSG Executive Committee is responsible for working with the NCSG<br>Chair to make sure the NCSG functions according to its mission and<br>principles. The NCSG-EC is responsible for supervising and monitoring the<br>NCSG Chair’s performance of executive functions, and the NCSG-EC may call<br>for a new chair election. The NCSG-EC is also responsible for establishing<br>and overseeing membership criteria, rules, and procedures as outlined in<br>Section 2.2, as well as reviewing and approving applications to form new<br>Constituencies in accordance with the Section 2.3 below and any applicable<br>Constituency Recognition Process approved by the ICANN Board of<br>Directors. While the bylaws don't prescribe a rotation, and the current<br>
representatives can be reconfirmed, it should not be an<br>
automatic action - it would be appropriate to look at if<br>
they still are the best choice or whether there would be<br>
other suitable candidates as well.<br>
