<div dir="ltr"><p class="xfmc1">Dear NCUC Executive Committee:<u></u><u></u></p><p class="xfmc1"><u></u> <u></u></p><p class="xfmc1">In my previous message from August 5, <span data-ukrnet-code="2023">2023</span>, I requested that the executive committee members comment on the approval of the invoice submitted for the redesign of the NCUC website.<u></u><u></u></p><p class="xfmc1"><u></u> <u></u></p><p class="xfmc1">Hearing no objections from EC members, and with the acceptance of the website by the members on today’s call, the EC decided to:<u></u><u></u></p><p class="xfmc1"><u></u> <u></u></p><ul type="disc" style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-top:0in;"><li style="margin:0in;font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif;"><span lang="EN-GB">Thank Olga for her leadership in overseeing the website redesign;<u></u><u></u></span></li><li style="margin:0in;font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif;"><span lang="EN-GB">Thank the implementation contractor that completed the redesign;<u></u><u></u></span></li><li style="margin:0in;font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif;"><span lang="EN-GB">Request that the relevant EC and technical support members move quickly to install the new design at the <a href="http://ncuc.org/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">ncuc.org</a> host, with the assistance of the implementation contractor, while preserving the existing website for backup purposes;<u></u><u></u></span></li><li style="margin:0in;font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif;"><span lang="EN-GB">Request the implementation contractor to transfer all documentation associated with the website to the NCUC technical specialist;<u></u><u></u></span></li><li style="margin:0in;font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif;"><span lang="EN-GB">Request the NCUC financial officer to proceed with paying the invoice once the website has been installed and all documentation received.<u></u><u></u></span></li></ul><p class="xfmc1"><u></u> <u></u></p><p class="xfmc1">I thank all of the EC members involved for their support in this endeavour.<u></u><u></u></p><p class="xfmc1"><u></u> <u></u></p><p class="xfmc1">We still have work to do to ensure that the website is maintained, which will be an urgent topic for discussion over the next few EC meetings.</p><p class="xfmc1"><br/></p><p class="xfmc1">Kind regards,</p><p class="xfmc1">Benjamin</p></div>
