<div>In my previous message from August 5, 2023, I requested that the executive committee members comment on the approval of the invoice submitted for the redesign of the NCUC website.</div>

<div>Hearing no objections from EC members, and with the acceptance of the website by the members on today’s call, the EC decided to:</div>

<ul type="disc" style="margin:5px 0;"><li><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:12pt;font-family:'Times New Roman',serif;">Thank Olga for her leadership in overseeing the website redesign;</span></li>
<li><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:12pt;font-family:'Times New Roman',serif;">Thank the implementation contractor that completed the redesign;</span></li>
<li><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:12pt;font-family:'Times New Roman',serif;">Request that the relevant EC and technical support members move quickly to install the new design at the <a href="http://ncuc.org/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">ncuc.org</a> host, with the assistance of the implementation contractor, while preserving the existing website for backup purposes;</span></li>
<li><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:12pt;font-family:'Times New Roman',serif;">Request the implementation contractor to transfer all documentation associated with the website to the NCUC technical specialist;</span></li>
<li><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:12pt;font-family:'Times New Roman',serif;">Request the NCUC financial officer to proceed with paying the invoice once the website has been installed and all documentation received.</span></li>

<div>I thank all of the EC members involved for their support in this endeavour.</div>

<div>We still have work to do to ensure that the website is maintained, which will be an urgent topic for discussion over the next few EC meetings.</div>
