It is obviously urgent and we need to present the constituency a decision tomorrow morning. </div><div><br></div><div>From what I understand we have three options: <br><br>(a) Extend the nomination period until June 2nd, 12h00 UTC; </div><div>(b) Move on with the elections and the agreed upon timeline and open a call to fill the NCUC EC rep for North America in July; </div><div>(c) Move on with the elections and the agreed upon timeline and open a call to fill the NCUC EC rep for North America in november, with the new EC and Chair in place. </div><div> </div><div>Being very honest with you, I personally think this situation was very rushed and I am feeling very frustrated with the lack of respect that was shown with the announcement that extended our deadline. I do believe that processes such as the one we have faced on the NCSG list today tends to undermine our membership trust on the process and we should not allow that. <br></div><div><br></div><div>So far, Louise and Mike have both responded to this thread.
