In this role I have been working with FC and community members to finalise the FC Operational Procedures which is a serious exercise, especially with limited number of volunteers. The work of the FC has been faced with challenges due to diverse views of community and committee members in regard to functions, autonomy and authority of the FC within NCSG.</font></i></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0cm 0cm 8pt;line-height:15.6933px"><i><font face="arial, helvetica, sans-serif">The FC during the current term, worked on ABR analysis and started developing reference document like action plans and summaries of ABRs. I also intend to make the FC more visible within the community as the first term was centred around a firm establishment of the Finance Committee structure, procedures and understanding the nature and extend of involved activities.
