FC which some might need the attention of NCUC EC. <span></span></p><div><b><span><span>1.<span style="font:7pt "Times New Roman""> </span></span></span></b><b>Recent NCSG FC meeting<span></span></b><br></div><div>The FC held a meeting on the 4<sup>th</sup>
of January 2018, 1pm UTC (<b>recording</b>)
and the purpose of the meeting was to review progress, updates, new
developments and forging a way forward. Some of the agenda items included: <span></span></div><div>Minutes of previous 3 meetings, ICANN64
meeting, matters arising - ABRs, ICANN budget and community comments, call for
more volunteers, CIVI CRM actions needed- way forward and closure (you can
follow the recordings for a detailed report).<span></span><b><br></b></div><div><b> Outcomes
of the meeting</b>: <span></span></div><div><span><span> -<span style="font:7pt "Times New Roman"">
</span></span></span>The FC to lead drafts on ICANN budget comments
and send out a memo to the community and ask for ABR submission.<span></span><span><span><br></span></span></div><div><span><span> -<span style="font:7pt "Times New Roman"">
</span></span></span>Resolution around the bank account still not
clear but seems like there is progress according to the mailing list
discussion. The Chair of NCSG believes that I is risky to incorporate NCSG.
Financial responsibility concerns were also raised as the FC has to always ensure
that NCSG has sufficient funds to pay for its operational on contract related
fees with posing a financial burden on members.<span></span></div>

can submit their suggestions, ideas and recommendations regarding ABRs, in line

</span></span></span>Design of this online form to also serve as a
mini survey in order to understand the need, priorities and interest of members

</span></span></span>Circulation via NCSG and NCUC mailing list, the
call for participation in the ABR fact-finding survey<span></span><span><span> (by 11 Jan)<br></span></span></div><div><span><span> -<span style="font:7pt "Times New Roman"">
</span></span></span>Engagement of committees, NCSG and constituency ECs

it currently has few members who can priorities on its activities. The ABR
submission is pretty urgent, thus a prompt responses would be very helpful at
this stage to ensure we submit before the deadline.<span></span></p>

closely in this ABR process to ensure that activities of the stakeholder group
