The creation of the PC is in our bylaws, not really something which we<br>
can opt not to do.<br>
And was also discussed at ICANN62.<br>
What was changed is that up until ICANN62 we were discussing composition.<br>
Then here on EC list, the appointments idea were halted or delayed<br>
with this idea of drafting procedures.<br>
You can delay it forever, if you want but still is there.<br>
