You can send a letter to members if you want to but you also don't<br>
have my support<br>

I have answered multiple times we have a commitment to openness and I<br>
will not give up this commitment to offlist deliberations<br>

If you are willing to do that, propose changes in bylaws and<br>
procedures and go ahead<br>
