EC and appointed member comment: I think they are referring to the paragraph that stipulates that if an EC member resigns or is removed less than 6 months to the election then EC can appoint a replacement until the election. I disagree with BC that we need to change this provision. When the duration is shorter than 6 months it serves the region better to have an EC member. Our members have voted on this and we keep it. We also suggest that to bring more democratic values to their processes, BC considers term limits with no exceptions. </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:verdana,sans-serif"><br class=""></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:verdana,sans-serif">5.
