Following a quick discussion with e-team I created the SPF record.<br>

How much it helps remains to be seen, it's only one factor in<br>
Google's spam analyzer. Its effect should increase with time,<br>
especially if people keep using the "Not spam" button whenever<br>
list messages are tagged as spam.<br>
