Why are you proposing such an exceptional procedure?<br>

Moving EC deliberations to private emails, where they cannot be seen<br>
and judged by membership nor the candidates, is something that should<br>
not be done lightly, if at all. Transparency is one of our fundamental<br>
principles after all.<br>

If you really think such an extraordinary procedure is called for in<br>
this instance, may I kindly suggest you explain your reasoning to<br>
the membership in ncuc-discuss?<br>
