The person we send should be knowledgeable about NCUC and be in Europe. Michael Oghia also comes to my mind. Anyone else from Europe you think we could potentially send? We can't send newcomers. </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:verdana,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:verdana,sans-serif"><br></div><div><div class="gmail_signature" data-smartmail="gmail_signature"><div dir="ltr"><div><font face="verdana, sans-serif">Farzaneh </font></div></div></div></div>

<p>Dear Adam,</p>

</p>
<p>There will be a couple of NCUC members and they can spend some of their time at the booth. However, I do not promise that they will run the booth, they might have other commitments, but as to using it and being there for a couple of hours a day, yes of course
that's a good idea. </p>

<div>
<div>
<div>Dear Farzaneh,</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>Thanks for taking time to chat about RightsCon. As I mentioned, ICANN will sponsor RightsCon again this year - an important civil society event, one that is increasingly global and influential. There's also a reasonable level of participation from other
stakeholder groups. </div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>This year we are also considering taking a booth. However, before we proceed with the reservation, which we need to make in the next few days, we felt it important to see if there is interest from our constituencies in this booth. </div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>You explained NCUC will use CROPP to attend RightCon and that you had a workshop proposal accepted again. Will other NCUC members be attending RightsCon, would they be willing to help run the booth? We are asking other constituencies if they might also
be interested in this. Staff will be there, but this would be a good opportunity for community members to engage directly with conference delegates. The person should have a good knowledge of ICANN and the overall organisation, as well as be familiar with
civil society activities in ICANN. There will be ICANN staff and perhaps other community members at the meeting and at the booth.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>Grateful for your advice.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>Best,</div>
