<div dir="ltr">Hi Farzy, <div>I totally agree with this approach - let's make it more structural and working-groups processes oriented than constituency-oriented. During the constituency day, we rather provide some overview of the "topics", depending on hot issues and availability of NCUC members who are a part of those groups than really structure and deep-dive. So I do support all three sessions. We can think on how to structure and focus the 3rd one, I think it might be a really important and interesting one. </div><div>Others - GAC and Policy support are interesting by default. </div><div>Cheers</div><div>Tanya </div></div><div class="gmail_extra"><br><div class="gmail_quote">On 2 January 2017 at 22:54, farzaneh badii <span dir="ltr"><<a href="mailto:farzaneh.badii@gmail.com" target="_blank">farzaneh.badii@gmail.com</a>></span> wrote:<br><blockquote class="gmail_quote" style="margin:0 0 0 .8ex;border-left:1px #ccc solid;padding-left:1ex"><div dir="ltr"><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:verdana,sans-serif">Hi Tatiana, </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:verdana,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:verdana,sans-serif">I think it would be good to meet with Markus. should we have a general meeting with him with members or just EC, PC reps etc? All three look good to me, though it seems that for the 3rd one we might have to make it clear what would be the difference with those meetings at constituency day, because there might be some overlaps in updates, policy issues, etc. So having a clear focus will be cool, and I like the suggestion to make it a separate meeting. </div><div><br><div>A quick question for the NCUC EC level meetings - I know that we as a SG have NCSG-Board meeting (so not on NCUC level) but I remember that at some ICANN meetings there was always something like NCUC EC meeting with particular board members.
