I like the idea of having a dialogue with appointed members. But I<br>
guess this falls through also a larger framework of accountabilty of<br>
appointed leaderships, maybe when they present the SOI replies can<br>
reinforce this.<br>

I agree that it is better to fill it up with different people but just<br>
anticipating scenarios that some folks may want to take up more<br>
positions.<br>
<br>
So, to me, the call is good to go.<br>
