I'd prefer something else than Google Drive for this in the ballot,<br>
preferably something on NCUC's own site. Not only should it be clearly<br>
non-editable, but Google Docs are not visible in all countries.<br>

A suggestion: post the text to ncuc-discuss and then use link<br>
to the message in list archive.<br>
