Not my decision but I certainly was confused as to what was actually<br>
proposed - indeed I didn't notice any explicit suggestion to change<br>
the weights until now I looked at the latest ballot version.<br>

Anyway, if you do decide to ignore the precedent and switch to 1-2-2<br>
weights, it would be good to make sure everybody knows and understands<br>
it - announce and maybe even discuss it on the ncuc-discuss list, lest<br>
anybody complain about last-minute surprise changes.<br>
