After considering the issue, the EC decided to: 1) Draft a public letter expressing our appreciation for Peter's prior work for the constituency but explaining that his employer's membership in the Registry SG makes him ineligible for a leadership role in NCUC 2) Suspend Peter Green from the EC and rule that he is not eligible to run in the next election 3) Await a statement from the Ombudsman, whose decision will be seriously considered.
