<p dir="ltr">Please how do I resolve this, I gave you my dollars account number where the funds was to be transferred.</p>
<p dir="ltr">I went to Helsinki meeting and I sourced dollars from black market at a very expensive rate.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Is this a blessing or a curse? The EC said they will not support but shall only refund my previous expenses and had no questions on that, it wasn't my fault.</p>
<p dir="ltr">If you had paid me at the time I sent my invoice I shall never had worries.</p>
<p dir="ltr">I think someone is unfair to me no matter what.</p>

<div>Yes I paid you the amount you spent in US dollars, but had it converted to Naira on the way out. That way, you got local currency but didn't lose anything from the devaluation. <br>
