<div dir="ltr">hi everyone,<div><br></div><div>attached the schedule for Helsinki Policy meeting. it is totally different format.</div><div>we are not gonna to have the usual constituency day and most of GNSO slots are used by GNSO council or PDP WGs, in addition to the cross-community meetings (to discuss topics agreed between SO/AC).</div><div><br></div><div>moreover, the decision to approve request will be made by GNSO chair and vice-chairs. Tapani (in cc) asked the NCSG PC about sessions they would like to request. I concur with him that we should give priority to NCSG PC and since it is policy meeting, most of session will about the topics discussed there. what it sounds available is mostly the lunch time slot (90min, I am still checking about other available slots) .</div><div><br></div><div>personally, I don't see a reason to ask for NCUC internal meeting unless we have something urgent to do or get strong case.. </div><div><br>
