We can be more clear by updating the travel support policy, as suggested by listing clearly what kind of events can be supported and which cannot be supported, stressing that is exceptional allocation.<br></div><div class="gmail_extra"><br></div><div class="gmail_extra">for reimbursement, we followed up with those who attended Marrakech meeting, only James didn't submit his report and we sent him reminders.</div><div class="gmail_extra"><br>

We can also periodically inform the members on which members received travel support to attend conferences outside of ICANN and which conferences they have attended. </div><div><br></div><div>The other thing is that as I think it is already in travel support policy, we need to be clear with them that we only reimburse the members after they have submitted a blogpost or the required report.
