 by us.</span>  By doing that, we won't need to use addtional NCUC funding resources, besides, it saves our time, thus not to further delay any proposal.</span></p>

I looked at Kathy's INTA proposal, it will be held in a month, if she can be more convincing how she will do outreach for us then I think we can allocate it to her. ( and ofcourse if ICANN is too strict about 6 weeks notice we cant allocate it to her)

I can also submit a proposal to go to RIPE. It's a technical meeting but with potentials for recruiting members that are interested in Civil Society work. I will send my proposal soon.  </div>
