resumed activity few months ago and were working the google doc shared by Farzaneh.</div>

Then we will work in the EC meeting in marrakech through contentious points and get a clean version. having done that, we can resume the discussion with the bylaws team via mailing list and confcalls.</div>

<div class="gmail_extra">after that we have to set a timeline and process for consultation (several iterations may be expected ) at wider NCUC membership. </div>
<div class="gmail_extra">We have also to work with GNSO staff and OEC to inform them about this ongoing activity. <div class="gmail_extra">- working on timeline/process to consult NCUC membership, board committee OEC and get the new charter approved following the GNSO process.</div>
