<p><font face="Calibri" size="2">can't remember whether I have indeed written to offer my support (and approval) to the decisions on the table, concerning Hanane and Jia. I am visiting my family and helping caring for my 101-y-o grandma, literally away from
the computer, alongside not having the chance to concentrate on things as much as I would like.

<font face="Calibri" size="2">I do believe I have replied to Bill at least, clarifying I have no support from other organizations (as announced, I have asked ISOC Italy but no chance) and no way I can use my research funds or conference for this (I have 700
euros<br>
/year, which have been exhausted long ago). But I did get ICANN funding to attend IGF last year, so I am in full support of offering the same opportunity to someone else -- in particular if this someone else has expressed an intention to get more engaged with
NCUC. So, thanks Bill for this proposal. As for me, shall some miracle happen, I might show up in Brazil--if not, I bet it won't be difficult to replace me for the workshop (and I am happy to take care of finding a replacement in due time. Not yet, though,
let's see if I find some money). <br>
