I hope this email will address all the identified follow-up items to date.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Attached please find the latest clean and red-line versions (Version 7.0) of the agenda for the January 12-13 2015 NCPH Intersessional Meeting in Washington, DC. next week. As with the last version, the agenda edits are relatively minor. The few edits for v7.0 include some clarification of room locations for certain agenda "slots" and the fixing of a couple of typos. The red-line version is made available so that you can all see the changes. You can use the clean version to share with your communities and individual meeting delegates.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Outstanding items that still need to be confirmed are the discussion leader assignments for each plenary session – I recall those assignments were going to be made by each stakeholder group after some internal deliberations. I also note that Rafik still needs to provide the NCSG topic for Slot J on Tuesday afternoon. Please share that information with me and Benedetta as soon as you have it available.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">We have also produced an updated version of the delegate sheet (see attached) which reflects some last-minute delegate cancellations and substitutions. Unfortunately some cancellation notifications have come too late to allow substitutions. As you may have seen in a separate email, Benedetta is compiling a document identifying all the delegates, their affiliations and titles with photographs where available for everyone's reference.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Benedetta has also been making the arrangements for the telephone/call bridges for each agenda "slot" and will be circulating that information to you all on Wednesday for remote participation purposes.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Benedetta and I are meeting with the Constituency Travel Team on Wednesday to review the final arrangements for travel and accommodations. I am still awaiting budget progress figures to help determine if we have any flexibility to host a Monday evening reception/event. I am cautiously optimistic. The hotel has space available for us to use. </div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Given the work that you are all probably doing to coordinate your individual breakout agendas, I think that we can handle any last-minute issues via email, so there will not be a need for a call later this week. </div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Best,</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Rob</div></div><div class=""><br class=""></div></div>
