my apologies. There could be another option. Brenden Kuerbis is our NomCom rep this year. ICANN is paying for his hotel from Sunday 23rd, but he needs to come early to attend NCUC’s conference, so we were going to pay his hotel out of our account the 19th,
20th, 21st. Could you please? I’ve sent you twice the messages in which Rob reconfirmed the decision from Xavier’s shop to allocate budget support for 8 travel slots for an extra night of hotel, which we allocated as 5 for the people about and 3 for the people below.
I cannot understand why messages from Rob saying yes that is the deal are not sufficient for this purpose, he’s the contact on these issues. If you want me to drag Xavier into it I can, but it seems a bit silly to bug him with implementation details given
that he long ago made a determination of the issue and the info’s been passed down the chain. Is it that you don’t trust Rob’s messages, or what? It’s a little frustrating Joseph, I’m doing a million pro bono admin things for this meeting at the same time
