Now it is. If you log in at http:/<a href="http://ncuc.org/login" target="_blank">ncuc.org/login</a> and then click<br>
"Participate" there's a menu entry "Ballots".<br>

It won't be visible until you log in; everybody here should have an<br>
account (in "Firstname Lastname" form, e.g., "Milton Mueller");<br>
if you've forgotten your password or never set in the first place,<br>
there's "Lost your password?" link.<br>
