in February 2013. With the objective of producing final recommendations by 31 December 2013, the Review Team has collected and analyzed data throughout its mandate and thanks the Community for its valuable contributions which it carefully considered along
the way. The ATRT2 is currently drawing observations and potential recommendations from its data-gathering, analysis and cross-referencing and intends to publish a Draft <span style="color: rgb(31, 73, 125); ">R</span>eport and Recommendation<span style="color: rgb(31, 73, 125); ">s</span> for
public comment by mid-October 2013. <o:p></o:p>To inform its future decisions, the ATRT<span style="color: rgb(31, 73, 125); "> </span>2 wishes to schedule some time with your group in Buenos Aires to obtain your reactions
to its Draft Report and Recommendations and receive additional feedback (if applicable). The ATRT2 will be in Buenos Aires on 18-19-20 November. Please advise whether you would be willing to dedicate an agenda item to the ATRT 2 or whether you would prefer
to schedule a separate meeting. A 45-minute session would be ideal. Please note that <span style="color: rgb(31, 73, 125); ">a </span>conference call may be scheduled – alternatively – should you run into scheduling difficulties.<o:p></o:p><span style="color: rgb(31, 73, 125); "> </span><o:p></o:p>May we also take this opportunity to notify you that in preparation for Buenos Aires, the ATRT2 will give the Community an overview of its Draft Report and Recommendations via
