</div>So in the past our per diem policy has been simply not paying any. :-)<br>

I would in fact be quite happy with that (that's what Effi does, too),<br>
but in the present case it would seem only fair to pay Wilson by<br>
same rules as ICANN pays those it funds directly.<br>
But if we pay for extra hotel days for some I don't see a need<br>
to pay per diem for those days as well.<br>
