Dear Ken,

Thank you for this observation, I agree with you immediately after the
event is a better option and that is the direction we would  take.

Now that we know the evening is packed with activities ,we can  make a
reservation nearby for a light lunch or appetizer somewhere close to the
place of the session if possible and have a light lunch depending on the
number of attendees we have. As stipulated we can plan for 30 based on the
budget and cost of things in Hamburg.

I hope we can get two more ECs to approve the budget.


I will suggest a planning meeting early this week to fine tune our plans.
