[NCUC-EC] Sign-up room

Hi Andrea. As you know we are planning using a sign-up room for a special
event during ICANN77.

 

Our problem at the moment is that since we would like to invite special
guests to present at that event, and since these are people who can be
difficult to schedule, having some idea of at least the day, but also the
time, will be critical for this to succeed.

 

Is there any way we can confirm a day and time (specific location can even
come later) more than a few days before the meeting, given these special
circumstances?
