[NCUC-EC] Request for Acceptance and Approval to Submit CROP Proposal Form

Thank you, everyone, for your insights and perspectives on this situation.
I agree as well that we should use one slot for one meeting.
The consideration that everyone has raised repeatedly to have a fair
distribution of the NCUC travel slots among members is also very valid.
My final dilemma is how do we ensure that the person we select engages and
helps bring some engagement to our community knowing that her participation
before now has been minimal?
I hope we can decide today.
Also as leaders how can we increase members' interest in taking these
opportunities? I'm just throwing this out there.
