[NCUC-EC] Policy Transition Program Pilot

Dear Rafik & Tomslin,
Thank you for your responses.

The project is ICANN wide, but starting with non-commercials, if community
leaders are open to deeper interaction with Melissa, the individual leading
the process, I can request for an interactive session.

The team is open to whatever tweak our community prefers. At the moment it
is just a platform for engagement between the Fellowship Alumni and various
communities subject matter experts or experienced members.

We are at the early stage of the programme and a significant part of it can
be influenced by our community engagement.
