Hi Raphael!

All clear, thank you for all your efforts. We will do our best to make webinar a success. I'm sure it will be, given how much you invested into its preparation.

Best,
Olga

Hi all
A few procedure points/reminder for the webinar on Thursday

Ben you'll be in charge of timekeeping and transitioning from section to section. I'll leave the opening and closing remarks up to you, but make sure to mention/note the following:
In the opening, please mention that the Q&A with participants is at the end (point 3, the structured Q&A, is designed for our speakers to answer their own questions, but we don't have enough time built in for answers directly then)Also in the opening, please mention that this webinar was made by NCUC and open to all civil society at ICANN (so welcome everyone accordingly :))Don't mention any ICANN Learn course as it could not be ready on time (and I would say, it is not ready yet) You can introduce the speakers/interveners for each section just through their involvement with NCUC/NCSG. When it comes to Jonathan Zuck, he's ALAC vice-chair and Adam Peake is now staff with Org, but he's not joining in as staff, but as an IG expert ;) I don't think it would be wise to try to provide a general summary at the end, but depending on time you can highlight what struck you as the key takeaways. That being said, feel free to eat on that wrap up time if there are questions or if there is good interaction with the participants. And in the end you should aim to end on time, still :) Olga, I'll leave your intervention during the roundtable as you see fit - aim for about 5 minutes. No need to have slides, but if you feel a slide or two may help you, please go ahead.

Thank you all for your participation in this endeavor and I hope it will be a success.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

Have a nice day,

Dear Chair, Awesome suggestion, I can work with this. It is amazing to have Olga onboard.  I look forward to a successful webinar.
Once Olga signs off on this, I will be willing to receive the intros and guidelines.

Kind regards,
Benjamin

Thanks Ben and Olga for stepping up. I think you could usefully split that among yourselves, like the welcome and closing word to Ben (along with the general moderation/timekeeping) and Olga for the roundtable? Let me know what you think. In any case I would supply you with general points for the intro and the roundtable.
Have a nice day,

Dear all,
I will unfortunately be taken during the first week of May with family matters and will not be in the right head space for leading a webinar. I would thus like if one of you could replace me. It would mostly involve a short intro word, introducing speakers, and participating with Bruna, Raoul and someone from ALAC to the roundtable at the end of the 60-90 minutes.

I will continue to take care of the logistics otherwise.
Thank you for your understanding and have a nice weekend,
