[NCUC-EC] NCUC Open Meeting at ICANN 70

Hi Olga

I was thinking 5-6 minutes; with 5 regions we should then be able to
address that within 30 mins.

I was thinking you could simply report on what has been going on regionally
when it comes to IG (not just meetings and conferences, but also whatever
may be politically or economically noteworthy for civil society), and what
is upcoming between now and ICANN 71 (if anything) and ways to get engaged
regionally if relevant
