[NCUC-EC] EC meeting on day 1 of ICANN 71

Dear all,

You may have realized that our EC meeting would fall next week on day 1 of
ICANN 71. We usually try to avoid taking up "space" during meetings with
administrative sessions like an EC meeting, given that theres
already enough to attend.

I would thus propose that we either postpone by one week or cancel it
entirely and agree to meet next in July as per our regular schedule.
