[NCUC-EC] NCUC Rightscon session possible merger

Hi

Yes, I thought about that publication could spur those ideas as I know some
of the interviewed (inc. myself).

But on that publication and on other work too, the stakeholders which are
present in ICANN are looking through the topic w/ IGF lenses, and that's a
big change just to start.

I'm still charbroiled in the flames of purgatory for trying to save the
WSIS session so these adaptations require us to be extra careful.

Finalize talks first and then we think about how to announce this,
carefully.
